Ambulatory (Outpatient) Detox is a direct alternative to inpatient detox.  CNT can accept individuals in acute withdrawal.  CNT offers Detox from alcohol, benzodiazepines, opiates, stimulants and other substances of abuse using medication.  Detox is monitored by our ASAM certified physicians and trained nurses, making MMAD a safe alternative to inpatient Detox.  Length of stay in MMAD is comparable to inpatient detox, but the client gets to go home each night.

Partial Care (PHP) programs typically provide 20 hours per week of intensive therapy and programming.  The program is suited for clients who have Substance Abuse issues and a co-occurring psychiatric condition that require concurrent treatment.  Focus is on relapse prevention and recovery and preparing client for next level of care.  Our Addiction Psychiatrist evaluates the client and provides medication (psychotropic and addiction meds – Suboxone/Subutex.)

Evaluation & Treatment:

  • Identify and understand underlying issues through a comprehensive bio-psycho-socio-cultural substance abuse evaluation.

    • Provide a safe environment to disclose and discuss core issues impacting individual.

    • Facilitate treatment flow and provide point of reference through the assignment of a primary counselor.

    • Customize treatment plans to meet individual needs.

    • Coordinate treatment with existing providers.

    • Enhance effectiveness by interspersing individual sessions with group therapy (multiple groups a week.)

    • Elevate level of support for the client by educating caring individuals about the disease model, explaining the impact of medication and teaching coping skills.

    • Ensure compliance through the administration of random urine drug tests at the facility.

    • Maintain treatment continuity for client through referrals to other services upon discharge.

    • Medication management (all psychotropic and addiction medication (Suboxone, Subutex, Vivitrol, etc.)
